  • What are your business hours?

    Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

  • How can I look at a property in person?

    There is a Rental Agent on duty during business hours. Call us at 334-417-0618 to schedule a showing.

  • Is there an application fee?

    Yes, it is $30 per applicant. Must be 19 years or older to apply.

  • Is there a minimum credit score required?

    Each application is considered on an individual basis.

  • What if I have been evicted before, can I still rent one of your properties?

    A previous Eviction is an automatic denial.

  • Can I hold a property and move in at a later date?

    With an approved application and a paid security deposit, you may hold a property for up to one week.  Beyond that, rent must start being paid.
